SINOPSIS
En 1991, Flavio Cabobianco publicó su libro “Vengo del Sol", donde con sólo diez años filosofaba sobre Dios y los distintos Universos. El libro fue un best seller en Argentina y fue traducido a varios idiomas. Flavio se convirtió rápidamente en un fenómeno New Age.
Veinte años después, decide reeditar su libro y acepta la propuesta de filmar un documental sobre la historia de su familia.
Al comenzar el rodaje, Flavio se muestra disconforme con las ideas del director. Para él, es imposible registrar la historia de su familia sin modificarla y manipularla. Propone entonces intercambiar roles. Los constantes cuestionamientos de Flavio ponen en crisis el proyecto cinematográfico y plantean un cambio de rumbo: una disputa de poder entre el director y el protagonista.
SYNOPSIS
Flavio Cabobianco was 10 years old when his messianic message of self-salvation, I Come from the Sun, became a bestseller in Argentina. As Flavio releases a 20th-anniversary edition, first-time feature filmmaker Manuel Abramovich follows him and his family to try to understand the book’s origins and tangled authorship. But Flavio’s escalating attempts to control the film give rise to a compelling tale about the complexities of artistic collaboration.
